Yes, of course. OEM service is available.

2. How to place order and arrange payment?

You can contact our sales to draft PI. We will confirm the order once received your info, you can arrange deposit payment once order is confirmed by both parties. Telex transfer is a preferred way for payment.

3. Do you have your own factories?

We have our own factories for vacuum flask, glass water bottle and cooperated factories for accessory and other related products.

4. Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

5. How long can you ship the goods?

For product that is in stock, we can deliver to you in 7-10 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20-45 days depending on order quantity.

6. Could your product past food grade test?

We are BSCI certificated. All our products could past test. Some models are certificated like LFGB, EU food grade. For other models, test cost need taken by customers.
